ABOUT

Colin is a Fully Certified, Level 4 Essentrics® Instructor based in Collingwood, Ontario.

​

He first started studying the Essentrics® Method in 2015, shortly after the book Aging Backwards was published.

At that time, Colin was teaching a conditioning class for dancers and began to incorporate some of the program here, as well as completing his training hours. 

 

Colin has attended Live Teacher Trainings in Montreal, as well as additional in-person and virtual trainings to further his knowledge of this program's intricacies - both choreographic and scientific.

In addition to teaching these amazing classes, Colin also runs a busy piano studio - Progressions Music, provides music at Emmanuel Presbyterian Church, and is an active collaborative pianist.

He is the pianist of Bay Sound Choirs of Midland, rehearsal pianist for ChoralWorks Collingwood,

and provides accompaniment at the Barrie and Owen Sound Kiwanis Festivals and Midland Music Festival.

He holds an Honours Bachelor of Music from McMaster University.
